Ashley Kapostins is the Owner and Managing Director of Kapsher Consulting LLC, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the individual and small group insurance markets. She previously served as National Sales Manager for Cigna Individual and Family Plans, leading broker manager teams and working across both retail and carrier segments.
A committed member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals since 2007, Ashley has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels—including President of the Central Florida and Florida State chapters, chair of the Professional Development and Membership Councils, and member of the national Board of Trustees. She currently serves on the NABIP Foundation Board of Directors and leads the NABIP Technology Committee. Her leadership style blends strategic insight with a deep commitment to mentorship and industry advancement.
She lives in Central Florida with her husband Jake and their three children—Kai, Ryder, and Quinn—and is a proud Georgia Bulldog fan who believes food is the ultimate love language.
