As Vice President/Director of Marketing at Frenkel Benefits – an EPIC Company, Christina LaVacca oversees marketing strategy and brand management for the firm. Christina collaborates with teams throughout the organization to strategize and support new business development, marketing campaigns, sales, and client relationship management.
Christina has been with Frenkel since 2013 when she joined the benefits operations of the firm. In this role she led a redesign to define the brand and accelerated Frenkel Benefits’ digital presence with a strong focus on content marketing including the FrenkelySpeaking employee benefits blog, social media, company website, and email campaigns. Christina is also responsible for event coordination, public relations, and aligning with team members on corporate communications and operations efforts including a prior role on the firm’s Standards Committee.
Christina brings nearly a decade of experience in marketing and public relations to her role at Frenkel. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was Marketing and Public Relations Manager at a small business consulting firm. In that position she partnered with small businesses to design and implement digital marketing, branding, and public relations campaigns. Christina is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) Education Foundation and earned bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Spanish from Loyola College in Maryland.
