Known for her bilingual communication, relationship building, and strategic sales expertise, she partners with brokers, plan administrators, and industry leaders to deliver solutions that drive meaningful results.
A recognized advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ruby has worked across the United States educating labor forces on how to maximize and utilize their benefits, while also training HR teams to serve employees better. She is a pioneer in Spanish-language continuing education for health insurance and received the Educator of the Year Award for her work making CE courses accessible to Hispanic and minority communities. She is deeply committed to serving underserved populations and championing cultural inclusion in the benefits industry.
Ruby’s leadership extends nationally. She serves as Founder of CIBI by the NABIP Foundation, sits on the NABIP Foundation Board, and holds leadership roles with Florida and Miami NABIP Chapters, while also serving as a Zero Prostate Cancer Hispanic Ambassador. Her mission is to make benefits communication accessible, transparent, and culturally relevant—transforming employee benefits into a true catalyst for workplace equity and business growth.
