Susan Rider serves as the National President of NABIP (National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals), where she champions innovation, compliance, and leadership development across the health benefits industry. A respected voice in both public policy and education, Susan is also a member of the Government Affairs Committee for NAPEO (National Association of Professional Employer Organizations), where she advocates for small and mid-sized employers navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Susan currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Compliance at Human Capital Concepts a OneDigital company, where she advises businesses and mid-sized businesses ensuring they are navigating the complexities of the full lifestyle of the employee journey.
In addition to her leadership roles, Susan is an adjunct faculty member at Purdue University, teaching Organizational Leadership and guiding the next generation of professionals in strategic thinking and ethical decision-making. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership & Design and is currently a second-year law student at Purdue Global, focusing on administrative and employment law.
Susan has also contributed to the growth of NABIP’s professional development initiatives as both a course designer and certified instructor, helping brokers, HR leaders, and compliance professionals elevate their understanding of today’s benefits challenges.
